Research on Rural Environmental Pollution Control Path Under Administrative Intervention Mechanism

Abstract With the continuous development of urbanisation, economic level rural areas has improved greatly. However, due to industry and leap in economy, environment suffered unprecedented damage. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper explores environmental pollution control path under government intervention mechanism. Firstly, it analyses functions control. Then, taking Huzhou empirically evaluates willingness pay for treatment living based on CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) decentralised domestic sewage mode, multi household waste collaborative mode from perspective technology policy system. Finally, is proposed that speed up governance environment, we must strengthen administrative governance.
